At BeatBrush, each item is made to order with love and rhythm. We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship most of our products worldwide. Occasionally, for orders in Mexico, we handle shipping directly to provide faster or more personalized delivery.

We currently ship to:
- United States
- Mexico
- Canada
- Europe
- Most countries in Latin America, Asia, and Oceania

Fulfillment Time
Each item is printed and prepared once you place an order. Fulfillment typically takes:
- 2–7 business days for apparel products
- 2–5 business days for posters and accessories
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Please note: Shipping times begin after your item has been fulfilled. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product.

For orders shipped manually within Mexico (usually from Monterrey):
- Delivery via national courier (e.g., Estafeta, Redpack, DHL, Fedex) typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Tracking will be shared via email or WhatsApp (if available)
Important Notes
Customs & Duties: Some international orders may be subject to customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they might ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location.
Delays: Please allow extra time during holidays or unforeseen logistics issues. We'll always do our best to keep you updated.
